Bukola is a Partner at TNP, an Andersen Global collaborating law firm in Nigeria. She leads the firm’s Private Equity, Venture Capital, FinTech, e-Commerce & Technology Teams, amongst other roles in Corporate Finance & Capital Markets.
Her extensive experience in advising on financing and investment deals cutting across various industries in multiple jurisdictions, aids her ability to provide industry specific expertise to clients. Bukola’s proven wealth of experience in various aspects of commercial transactions also helps to give her clients the assurance that she is a revenue enabler and adds value to their bottom line. Bukola advises a range of financial institutions and investment firms, including private equity fund managers, venture capitalists, and banks; she also advises private and publicly quoted companies, family offices and individuals.
Bukola has a strong commitment to promoting investment in Africa by facilitating the entry of international companies into the continent and finding them the most suitable local partners. She is also particularly committed to working towards finding solutions that address and lead to the scale up of FinTech companies in Africa, with a broader view on the impact of their services in growing the African economy and reaching underserved communities.
She sits as an advisory board member of the Royal African Young Innovators, an NGO set up by the Ooni of Ife Global Outreach (OIGO) to unlock the depth of innovation that are inherently implanted in Africa young populations and create a community of young enterprising innovators who are equipped to shape and reconstruct the very next modernization and industrialization of Africa.
Bukola currently sits as the 1st Vice Chairman of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Reorganisations (MACR) Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL).
